• We are a family run Dairy Farm, set in a peaceful setting, overlooking open farmland, in the heart of the Waveney Valley, with plenty of wildlife on your door step.

• We are situated between the villages of Geldeston and Kirby Cane, and only 3.5 miles from the market towns of Beccles and Bungay.

• Guests can be assured of a warm welcome by their hosts John and Sarah Cook.

• The area is ideal for boat trips on the River Waveney or exploring the numerous antique shops.

• The Cathedral City of Norwich is twenty mins drive, and Southwold and Lowestoft with their award winning beaches are a short drive away and well worth a visit.

There are plenty of wonderful places to eat, in and around the area.

We have 2 rooms available:

• Room 1 -	Ground floor suite which can be used as double / twin, single or family. The bathroom has Shower, WC, basin, it also has its own private sitting room with TV.
• Room 2 -	Double with double bed - shower, basin, WC and TV in room.

All rooms have Tea / Coffee making facilities.

Rates:
• Double from £58-£70 (for 2 people)
• Single from £30-£35
• Reduction for children 3 - 12 yrs

Evening Meals by arrangement @ £13.00 pp/pnight (children half price)

The price includes a full English Breakfast, with local produce used wherever possible.

There is ample car parking in the drive.
